(BC Course Description and Outline)
A continuation of laboratory experiences chosen to coincide with the topics of electricity, magnetism, optics.
General Physics is geared towards students majoring in the Sciences.
Part two of a two term comprehensive laboratory course sequence. See below for the complete sequence:
PHY 2048 - General Physics w/ Calculus I to be taken concurrently with PHY 2048L - General Physics w/ Calculus I Laboratory
PHY 2049 - General Physics w/ Calculus II to be taken concurrently with PHY 2049L - General Physics w/ Calculus II Laboratory
Students may sign up for this course without being placed by the Testing Center or meeting with the Associate Dean. This course is transferrable in a degree seeking program.
The accompanying lecture (PHY 2049) is offered concurrently.
